ADMISSION TO OUR SCHOOL
Trinity Public school invites every family without regard to ethnic background, religion, financial or social status to enter and become a part of our school family.
Some compulsory rules are given below:-
- The entry class to the school is pre-Nursery (preparatory), Process of admission to Preparatory commences this year in the month of November.
- Pre-Nursery(Preparatory) students must be 3years of age by February of the year they app\y, as verified by a birth certificate.
- To be eligible for admission to class I, the child must be 6 years of age by February of the academic year in which admission is sought.
- Admission procedure for I to Vl is subject to availability of seats to be decided in the 2nd week of January.
- Admission test will be done in written and oral assessments in English, Manipuri, Hindi and Mathematics.
- New students from any recognized school cannot be admitted unless and until the transfer/leaving certificate is produced.
- Parents are expected to meet the Principal before admission is finaly granted.
Documents required with the Application Form:
- Two Recent colour photographs (passport size).
- Photocopy of Municipal Birth Certificate.
- A copy of previous year's progress report card.
- Seats are reserved for orphans as per rules of the school.

Homework
Every student is assigned well-balanced Home-Work according to a well balanced chart. Parents or guardians are requested to go through and sign the home work diary every day. The parents must encourage the students to finish their daily assignments to develop a habit of regular study.
Rules of the School
A day's work in the school is started with Morning prayer and closed with Evening Prayer in the Assembly session for fifteen minutes.
- Students must come to the school punctually and regularly.
- The students should take care of their health.
- They should always try to maintain a friendly atmosphere.
- They should be fair in sports as well as in the studies.
- We expect our students to stand out by the way they carry themselves, behave and talk, whether among themselves or with the staff members, visitors and outsiders. Any disobedience, misbehavior, indiscipline will be dealt with very seriously.
- Any act of omission which may harm the atmosphere in the school or affect its image will be treated as serious indiscipline.
- For any act of serious indiscipline, the school reserves its right to expel the student with or without warning.
- Copying or cheating during tests and examinations will be considered as a serious offence.
- The school uniform should be worn by the students on all school days and functions.
- They should take good care of their belongings. In case of loss or damage, the school disclaims all responsibility.
- Every student must possess school calendar and it should be brought to school daily.
- Students must wear a clean, complete and correct uniform every day. Any student who comes to school without proper uniform will not be allowed to attend the class.
- Any person including parents/guardians is not allowed to pick up any child/ward who has entered the school campus in uniform until the day's classes are over, except in some special cases with prior permission from the principal.
- Any person including parents/guardians is not allowed to see any student of the school, or disturb/interview teachers during school hour.
- The students are not allowed to wear any ornament or jewellery. They are not allowed to bring too much money or valuable things to School.
- The students should put their names on every article to avoid loss.
- Any damage done by the pupil to the school property should be compensated for by the parents.
- The students should maintain general cleanliness and help authority in enhancing the beauty of school campus.
- All students are expected to converse in English within and outside the campus.
- No thing for the student submitted after the student has entered school campus will be accepted.
- The name(s) of the ward(s) whose e parent(s) or guardian(s) in any way attack or abuse a member of the staff or property of the school is/are liable to be removed from the roll(s) without preliminaries.
Examination
There are three major examinations, First Term Examination, Second Term Examination and Sessional Examination. Besides the major examinations, monthly tests, class tests, home works and oral examinations are regularly given to inculcate regular habits of study. For the students of X Standard there is a Pre-Board Examination besides Term Exams and others. Practical Exams for all subjects are to be conducted as per rules of the Board of Secondary Education, Manipur.
Only those students who have at least 75% attendance are eligible to appear in the sessional examination. : The result declared at the end of the sessional examination is final and cannot be considered.

Mode of payment of fee
- All fees are payable from 1st to 10th of every month.
- Tuition Fee will be relaxed for the third child of the same parents.
- If there is any fourth child of the same parents, relaxation of tuition fee will be given to the eldest one.
For Nursery to I Standard
- Tuition Fee for the month of February should be paid with Admission Fee.
- Remaining tuition fees should be paid in five installments, i.e. by 10th of March for March and April, by 10th of May for May and June, by 10th of July for July and August, by 10th of Septembe for September and October, by 10th of November for November, December and January- 2017.
For II to Class X Standard
- Tuition Fee for the month of March should be paid with Admission Fee.
- Remaining tuition fees should be paid in five installments, i.e. by 10th of April for April and May, by 16th , of June for June and July, by 10th of August for August and September, by 10th of October for October and November, by 20th ,of November for December, January and February- 2017.
- Fine will be charged in case the fees are not paid by 10th of the month.
- If 10th of the month falls on Holiday/Sunday, fees should be paid before 10'h.
- After the end of the month in case the fees are not remitted, the name of the pupil will be struck off from the school roll, and the pupil will be readmitted at the discretion of the principal, on payment of all the arrears, and a fresh admission fee.
School Hour
- Pre-Nursery from- 9:30 am. to 1:15 p.m.
- Nursery & K.G from- 9:30 am. to 1:15 p.m.
- Class I to X from- 9:30 am. to 2:45 p.m.
Uniform
School uniform is compulsory on all days except on holidays.

All school uniform should be with school crest
School Badge is available at the school counter against cash payment.
All uniforms should be of proper shade, stitch should be simple shoes should be simple with laces for both boys and girls. Wrong colour of uniform will not be allowed.
